Brief: The company ProTech is launching a new design collection. They are embracing a completely new approach with all the products. The selection of products as well as promotional items will be decided within the group.


Problem: The brand is completely new to the market, and ProTech wants to give the range a visually appealing tone that embodies both the present and the future. The landing page should provide knowledge and inspiration as well as drive conversions: conversions aimed at collecting email addresses for further contact. How do we get the target audience to leave their email? Can we entice them with something to get them to sign up?


Goal: Building a landing page for the company Protech, which will produce sustainable electronics in the form of watches, where the various parts should be completely interchangeable and reusable. Protech should embody sustainability, innovation, and quality design, and this should be reflected on their landing page.

A significant part of the process was also to create the Protech brand. What products should they sell and what branding should they have? Since sustainability is close to my heart, we in the group chose to make it one of the main focuses. Furthermore, we analyzed how the market looked for smartwatches, how more sustainable products positioned themselves, and tried to create a brand that would both fit in and stand out. Much of Protech's image would be - friendly yet cool.

Additionally, we created a Customer Journey to better understand the user perspective and two personas that could help us understand what could motivate a buyer. After that, we moved on to creating a mood board and then started designing the page. As we progressed, we conducted user tests and went back to improve our design.
